Dear Mieke: Yes; it is true the focus should be upon the end result. If we focus on what we want to be first and then project that image into our daily lives we are not making fences but mending them and better yet, taking them down to allow the view. It is all in the way we perceive our world to be and what input we are getting as well. To stop the trend towards negativity takes a great deal of forward and positive projection of thought to got it!"Free as a blank screen". We can do this!
