Labyrinths in Nature as a walking meditation


When walking the above labyrinth I received the inspiration to make the following meditative poem:


to move in stillness
is a wonderful basis
for peace inside
and stillness in movement
puts all your thoughts aside

wouldn't it be great
if one could really reach this state
cause the vision that arises from there
is able to change all that is everywhere

now

wouldn't that be a Happy New Year



Hereunder the breathing exercise I do in the middle of the above self-made stone labyrinth:

Breathing in:
from your toes
through your ankles
through your knees
through your thighs
through your hips
through your breast
through your shoulders
through your head

Then
hold your breath
stretch your arms above your head
then slowly make a circle
with your arms widespread
while

Breathing out:
from your head
through your shoulders
through your breast
through your hips
through your thighs
through your knees
through your ankles
through your feet

Then
feel the energy from the earth beneath
then up again and breathe in
going back to the begin
